Roger L Simon of PJ Media is reporting that two new Benghazi whistleblowers will be coming forward shortly.  They are now retaining lawyers, since their positions aren’t fully covered by the whistleblower law.  And what they have to say will be devastating to both Obama and Clinton.  Let’s hope they don’t step in front of a bus before they get a chance to testify.

The first area they will allegedly cover is what Ambassador Stevens was actually doing in Benghazi.  He was supposedly there to buy back stinger missiles issued to them by the State Department.  The State Department had supplied these weapons to Al Qaeda linked groups in order to overthrow Gadhafi the cheapest way possible.  Stevens was supposed to try to buy them back.  This is the type of operation that the CIA would normally handle, but the CIA refused because they thought it was too dangerous to put these weapons in the hands of America’s enemies.  Hm, I guess they were right.

The attack on the embassy included members of Ansar Al Sharia, the same group supplied with stinger missiles, quite possibly used in the embassy attack.   That makes sense and explains why Clinton and Obama tried to place the blame on the Internet film instead of terrorists.  This revelation is devastating enough but further testimony could be even more damaging.

The second contention these whistleblowers claim to have knowledge of is the facts around General Ham’s part in the affair.  They claim that General Ham had, through his  AFRICOM  Special Ops had, “assets in place that could have come to the aid of the Benghazi consulate immediately (not in six hours).”  Ham was given orders by the White House not to relieve the Benghazi embassy and when he decided to disobey orders, the WH called his deputy and had him threaten to relieve Ham of his command, which could have led to charges and loss of his pension.  Ham retired quietly in April.

One final claim was that the White House outed  Petraeus’ affair, timed to silence him on the Benghazi affair.  Again this is consistent with the narrative that the CIA had opposed the supplying of weapons to Al Qaeda.  This could get real interesting, real fast.

Obama has tried many defenses of his policies, from claiming it’s all George Bush’s fault, to it’s ATMs fault, to Benghazi happened due to sequester which happened 8 months after the fact.  But now he has hit upon a defense that’s practically impossible to debunk, the incompetence defense.  It’s been so successful, everyone is now using it.  Eric Holder uses it.  Jack Lew uses it.  Isn’t it a wonder how so much can go one within a government that none of our “leaders” know about?

Now that Obama is facing questions on Fast and Furious, Benghazi, the IRS, the AP and Fox spying scandal, and a litany of other various scandals, he is trying to distance himself from, well, himself.  “I am not a crook.  I’m incompetent.”  I’m torn.  I don’t know if we should impeach him or prosecute him using the RICO statute.  Intimidation and fear have long been the tools of the Mafia and the Obama regime are using the same tactics.

What is the difference between concrete suppliers paying kickbacks to contractors and Obama’s paying off political contributors through his green energy policy and the stimulus?  What is the difference between a Mafioso silencing witnesses through the use of threats and the way Obama silences campaign donors to republicans with IRS audits?  What is the difference between the mob fire bombing a company and Obama regulating them out of business?  What is the difference between the Mafia laundering drug money and the Obama campaign who hid illegal foreign contributions?  What is the difference between the mob forcing you to buy protection and Obama forcing you to buy health insurance?

Consider this.  If Obama is impeached, he will remain a hero to the left and undoubtedly live out the rest of his life in the lap of luxury.  But under RICO, he could live in the lap of Bubba, Cell Block C.  Is it enough that he loses his office or should he pay the price for his corrupt dealings?  And is incompetence a defense that can be used outside the Senate chambers?

And to you liberals, I would ask, how do you feel now that the man you consider to be the smartest man in the world is now copping a plea of incompetence?  How can you continue to argue that Obama’s policies are the right ones, now that he is confessing to incompetence?  In 2016, will you vote for the candidate who claims to be the most incompetent?  If not, how can you justify defending Obama now?

Fast and Furious?  The name sounds familiar but that’s all I know.  Benghazi?  Is that the new and improved Ben Gay?  Never heard of it.  IRS scandal?  Nobody told me about it.  AP and Fox News investigations.  Doesn’t ring a bell.  Release of sensitive information on Israel?  Sorry, no comprende, amigo.

And what if Obama should be able to plead incompetence?  How could you ever make the case that he is in fact competent.  We might suspect it but looking at his administration and it’s policies, it would be extremely hard to prove it.

Most of you already know that the report by Muslim Brotherhood all Thomas Pickering resulted in the suspension of four low level employees.  What you may not know is that none of the four had anything to do with embassy security.  They didn’t assign security personnel, they didn’t allocate money for security, and in fact were not remotely in the loop where security was concerned.  So why were they singled out for punishment?  Because unlike actual security personnel, they couldn’t spill the beans on Hillary’s or Obama’s involvement.

Raymond Maxwell and three other unnamed employees were suspended pending an investigation, were not involved in security for the embassy, but two others who were deeply involved received no punishment, no suspensions, or even a dirty look.  Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Beth Jones and the principal deputy assistant secretary of State at NEA, Liz Dibble, were involved in security.  Jones received no punishment and Dibble has received a promotion and a cushy job at the NEA.  (I guess Dibble was better at negotiating for her silence than Jones was.)

Maxwell is on administrative leave, but since he still receives his paycheck and administrative leave is not considered punishment, he cannot appeal.  He still hasn’t been told what the charges are because he doesn’t have the security clearance to read the ARB report.  The NEA had been told that Maxwell would be returned to service in a new location as soon as the Benghazi story went away.  Cheryl Mills, Hillary’s chief of staff and the one who demoted Gregory Hicks for answering questions posed by members of the House, reneged on the agreement.

Maxwell had been scheduled to leave the State Department, but stayed to help work through the Benghazi mess, now refuses to leave until they clear his name and issue an apology.  Officials tried to get him to sign a paper saying he was on administrative leave, which he refused to sign since it would be a sort of an admission of guilt.

So what we know now is the team Of General Mullen and Muslim Brotherhood ally, Thomas Pickering are far from the unimpeachable sources that jay carney claimed them to be.  The Obama regime is experiencing the ancient Chinese torture known as Death by a Thousand Cuts.  Couldn’t happen to a better group of socialists.

I got the feeling we will be seeing more and more on this.

Obama:  This is getting out of hand.  Here I am the smartest man in America and I have to pretend I don’t know anything.

Axlerod:  Now one of the Benghazi survivors is about to tell everything they know.

Obama:  He was, but he died.  Run over by a truck as he stepped off a curb.

Axlerod:  When did this happen?

Biden:  Tomorrow afternoon.

Obama:  And how did the press find out about my meeting with Colleen Kelly, where I gave her her marching orders.

Axlerod:  That’s public information.  It’s illegal to hide it.

Biden:  And since when did we worry about the law or the Constitution in this regime?

Obama:  They are closing in on me.  What should I do?

Biden:  beat them to the punch.

Obama:  How do I do that?

Biden:  Resign.

Carney:  Benghazi, the IRS and all those leaks happened so long ago.  Let’s blame it on Bush.

Biden:  Bush happened a long time ago.

Obama:  David, feel out the republicans and see if we can reach an understanding.

Biden:  Perhaps you could get off easy if you name the higher ups.

Axlerod:  Oh, boss, I forgot to tell you.  Hillary called.  She wants to meet you.

Obama: Where?

Biden:  Ft Marcy Park.  I think it’s a beer summit.

Obama:  Why do you think that.

Biden:  The invitation says BYOB.  Oh, wait, that’s bring your own bullets.

The Fast and Furious whistleblower, John Dodson, was intentionally smeared in order to discredit him and protect Eric Holder, documents leaked by another whistleblower, Dennis Burke, show.  Burke resigned back in 2011 as a result of that leak.  One of the people who also used the document released by Burke is Tracy Schmaler, the Director of the Department’s Office of Public Affairs.  Schmaler resigned after a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) showed that she worked with Media Matters to use the documents to smear Dodson.

(If the IRS is really concerned with non profits, why aren’t they going after Media matters on this?)  That was a rhetorical question.

Scmaler worked with Media Matters to not only smear Dodson, but also other whistleblowers and even members of congress.  The democratic party is pure evil and we need to ban them from government.  We have no choice.  This woman was allowed to walk away with no consequence.  It’s time we release drug users and replace them with democrats.  Society would be better off for it.

This will come as a shock to many of you screaming for Boehner to act, but I do not include my vote on that indictment, even though, as you all know, I want Boehner gone.  Impeachment fever is high and people feel it’s not moving fast enough.  But there is such a thing as moving too fast.  I don’t know if Boehner is dragging his heels for the right reasons or not, but his plan is correct.  Ask any prosecutor what the greatest danger in their job is and they will tell you it’s the rush to prosecute.  Like the prosecution of a criminal, impeachment is a one shot deal.  Move too fast and you could pay the price.

Every day new revelations are making themselves public.  Just today, we learned that an IRS union thugess, Colleen Kelly, met with Obama the day before the IRS started their war on conservatives.  We can spare a few weeks or even a couple of months in order to make sure we get it right the first time, with evidence so compelling, senate democrats dare not block it.  If we move to impeach now and lose, we cannot use those charges in a new impeachment proceeding.  We don’t want to let the Gangster in Chief off because we were in too much of a hurry.

Today’s revelation that Colleen Kelly met directly with Obama one day before the IRS assault on conservatives is a smoking gun.  Kelly is with the union that represents IRS agents. who hate the Tea Party and their flat tax proposal.    The timing is too perfect.  We all know there is a connection, but first we have to prove that connection.  Appointing a special prosecutor at this time would tie the hands of the House and Senate investigating the IRS.  Holder could merely refuse to release documents and disallow testimony by federal workers, citing an ongoing investigation.  This is the last thing we want.  And remember who gets to pick the prosecutor in most cases is the head of the Justice Dept., Eric Holder.

This is not the first time something like this happened in the Obama White House.  On August 10th, 2009, Obama met with Daniel Stern, head of the SEIU.  Later that day, David Axlerod and Jim Messina talked to the press and made the following statement:  “If you get hit, we will punch back twice as hard.”  That night 4 SEIU goons in purple t shirts assaulted a black conservative and put him in the hospital.  To add insult to injury, the 4 goons were found not guilty.  Coincidence?

Let’s back off just a little and allow the pieces to drop into place.  gather the evidence and when we do go for impeachment, enter with a case so strong no one dare stand in the way.

How do we do that?  Call Colleen Kelly to testify before the House.  Ask her about the meeting and after she takes the fifth or lies, confront her.  Tell her point blank that you don’t know if she is behind the IRS scandal, but that prosecutions will be forthcoming and her underlings, facing stiff prison time will be offered a deal to name higher ups and if she is named, her chance for leniency, will be gone.  Then vigorously prosecute each and every IRS employee and ask that each one get the maximum penalty allowed by law.  Some may be willing to take one for the team, but they all won’t.

Doing it right takes time but doing it wrong could be a waste of time.

I don’t know if anyone is looking into it, but Obama has already tried to intimidate donors to the republican party.  He had planned to sign an executive order that would have required companies bidding for federal contracts to disclose to whom they contributed campaign cash to.  He backed away from that when republicans in the congress made a huge stink over the practice.  Or did he?  After all, if he couldn’t make them voluntarily give him that information, is there somewhere else he could have obtained it?  Like, oh, I don’t know, say, the IRS?

What a perfect way to punish a company for contributing to the enemy.  If the thought of disclosure scared them, they would halt all money going to the republicans, even if it was against their true beliefs.  And if they didn’t stop the contributions, they could simply dry up the well by denying them the contracts they need to survive.  Failing to do that by executive order, it would be a simple solution to get the IRS to search their returns and see where their money went.

Jay Carney, Liar 4 Hire, claimed that Obama wanted this information in the interest of transparency, so that voters could see where their money is going.  Now let me ask you a question.  Which is more likely?  That voters will ask their representatives to find out who the contractors or that Obama would use that information to deny republican donors contracts.  Hmmmm.  Tough one, eh?

Has it already happened and we just don’t know about it?  Consider this, in 2010, Microsoft won a government contract over Google.  But Google has a long history of making donations to democrats.  The bidding was declared unfair and gives Google a second chance to win the contract.  Then, Microsoft made a large contribution to Obama’s inauguration ceremony in 2012.  Coincidence?  Consider this, the worlds largest software company spent 5.7 million in lobbying and was awarded just 4.6 million in contracts.    After that donation to Obama, Microsoft was awarded a nearly 9 million dollar contract and another 36 million in email for the Virginia area and don’t forget the 617 million dollar contract.  So with just these 3 contracts, Microsoft increased their government contracts by 662 million (and there could be a lot more) which means after contributing to Obama, Microsoft saw an increase of over 657 million in one year from 4.6 million to 662 million.  Coincidence?

Will anyone look into this?  Doubtful, although I am sending this information to several sources both in politics and in the news.  maybe someone will attempt to connect the dots.  We may never know, but readers of Red Statements will.

A man driving an assault Cadillac,  injured 50 people today in Damascus, Va today.  I am calling for a total ban on all cars weighing over 25 pounds and that carry 1 gallon or more of gas.  No gas powered assault auto should be able to travel faster than 10 miles an hour.  We must protect our children.  .If we can save even one life it would be worth it.

The makers of these cars know that people are buying them in order to drive through large crowds of people and should be responsible for all injuries and deaths as a result of an attack by an assault auto.  The Department of energy should immediately buy up every drop of gas on the market, making it harder for private citizens to buy unlimited amounts of gas.

Homeland Security has issued a warning to law enforcement to be on the lookout for Christians driving cars as they are a terror threat.  All muslim driven cars have automatic waivers from Imam Obama.  She further stated that all domestic cars will be put on the no drive list but all illegal Toyotas, Mercedes, BMWs, VWs and Nissans will be granted amnesty and as such will be eligible for free repairs under Obamacarcare.  Call your reps today!!!

Take your pick.  Both fit.  But before you judge him too harshly, remember that he is a liberal and as such is forced to defend his party and his president or suffer the consequences.  Here is a recent statement made by Cummings:

“After falsely accusing former Secretary Clinton of lying to Congress, falsely  accusing the White House of deliberately misleading the American people, and  falsely accusing the military of withholding critical assistance on the night of  the attacks, the Chairman is now accusing Admiral Mullen, the former Chairman of  the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Ambassador Pickering, a seven-time U.S.  ambassador, of being complicit in a cover-up.”

Let’s break this down, shall we?  “After falsely accusing former Secretary Clinton of lying to Congress”

In her testimony, Clinton claimed that she did not know anything about the Benghazi embassy requesting security. It was revealed that she signed off on a memo scaling back security at the Benghazi embassy.  Here is part of page 7 of the congressional report:

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

An ongoing Congressional investigation across five House Committees concerning the events surrounding the September 11, 2012, terrorist attacks on U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya has made several determinations to date, including:

Reductions of security levels prior to the attacks in Benghazi were approved at the highest levels of the State Department, up to and including highest levels of the State Department, up to and including Secretary Clinton. This fact contradicts her testimony before the House Foreign Affairs Committee on January 23, 2013.

● In the days following the attacks, White House and senior State Department officials altered accurate talking points drafted by the Intelligence Community in order to protect the State Department.

● Contrary to Administration rhetoric, the talking points were not edited to protect classified information. Concern for classified information is never mentioned in email traffic among senior Administration officials.

These preliminary findings illustrate the need for continued examination and oversight by the five House Committees. The Committees will continue to review who exactly was responsible for the failure to respond to the repeated requests for more security and for the effort to cover up the nature of the attacks, so that appropriate officials will be held accountable.

She denied knowing about the scaling back of security.  She signed an order scaling back security.  Rational people would see this as a lie.  Cummings isn’t rational, he’s a liberal.

Obama and his people kept pushing the story that the attack was because of an Internet movie, even though Gregory Hicks and intelligence knew right away it was terrorism.  In order to push his false narrative, Obama’s White House and State Department had to cut 3 out of 4 paragraphs from the CIA talking points.  All told, they removed 248 of the 348 words in the report.  He also claimed that they had no resources to go in with.  FEST was ready willing and able to move, so was a group in Tripoli.

Rational people would see this as a lie.  Cummings isn’t rational, he’s a liberal.

In a previous post, I described how FEST was packing and ready to go in.  They were not sent.  The only man in America authorized to issue a stand down order is the Commander in Chief.  Gregory Hicks testified that Lt Steve Gibson was in Tripoli, ready to go to relieve the Benghazi embassy.  He was told to stand down.  But according to spokesperson, Major Rob Firman, they weren’t ordered to stand down, they were merely told not to board the plane.  Sounds like they are picking fly shit out of the pepper in the Pentagon.

Rational people would see this as a lie.  Cummings isn’t rational, he’s a liberal.

Let’s look at the facts.  Who is Thomas Pickering?  Here is an article I did when he was first announced as the lead investigator.  You will notice he got the results I predicted.  They didn’t even question Hillary.  That’s probably because you never ask questions you don’t want the answer to.  We do know that Hillary spoke to Greg hicks shortly after the attack began.  Did they question Obama?  No.  So the two central characters in this Obamanation were never questioned.  How special!!

Rational people would see this as a lie.  Cummings isn’t rational, he’s a liberal.

So my conclusion is that Cummings lied about republicans lying about the lies the liberals told.  Got that?

Patrick with Uncle Ted

Patrick Kennedy seems to have drawn the short straw and now is being blamed for the non deployment of aid to Benghazi.  In an article written by Sharyl Attkisson and approved by David Rhodes, brother of Ben Rhodes who helped cut 3 of 4 paragraphs and 248 of 348 words out of the CIA talking points memo for Obama.  She is not allowed to quote anyone, so that when their narrative is found to be lies, we won’t know how close they are to the president.

These anonymous sources say that when the attack took place and options were being considered, FEST (Field Epidemiologic Survey Team) was brought up but Patrick Kennedy nixed the idea.  There’s only two problems here.  First, Kennedy was not the Secretary of State, and secondly, even if he were the Secretary of State, FEST answers only to the White House, specifically the  White House National Security Council.  Kennedy could not give an attack order or a stand down order to FEST.  Members of FEST were packing up when they were told not to bother.

Another “official” said, “We’re portrayed by Republicans as either being lying or idiots,” said one Obama administration official who was part of the Benghazi response. “It’s actually closer to us being idiots.”  The problem being you can’t argue with his or her statement.  How would you like to be charged with the job of proving anyone in the Obama White House is competent?

Others said that FEST was not the right group to send in as their expertise did not match the situation.  However, FEST leader, Mark Thompson says Benghazi was precisely the sort of crisis to which his team is trained to respond.  The more they talk, the more obvious it is they are lying.  Or perhaps trying to create confusion or giving the media false talking points they can use to defend Obama with.

Whenever an act of terrorism happens, the president is obligated to call a meeting of  Counterterrorism Security Group (CSG).  According to Sharyl Attkisson, this was never done on September 11th, 2012.  The CSG could have convinced those at the strategy meeting, that FEST, indeed were the right team for the job, especially since one of their responsibilities is hostage negotiations and Ambassador Stevens was missing at the time.

In October, National Security Council (NSC) Spokesman Tommy Vietor, said that CSG was not needed because it was being handled (mishandled?) by the highest levels of the White House.  He went on to say that CSG would have no role to play since the Obama administration were using them for other duties.  CSG could have advised those meeting on the capabilities of different resources, which would be vitally important since Vietor told CBS that, “I don’t know what [FEST] is… it sounds antiquated.”  Kind of feeds your confidence in our current government doesn’t it?

But why blame Kennedy?  Could it be???   During the U.S. Presidential election, 2008 Patrick F. Kennedy ordered State Department employees in Europe be barred from attending Sen. Barack Obama‘s speech in Berlin on July 24, 2008 to ensure they displayed political neutrality. Kennedy labeled Obama’s visit as a partisan political activity and he forbade employees from attending.^[2]  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patrick_F._Kennedy  Or could it be more resentment Obama harbors for the grand old family of democratic politics?  Just like he displayed, when Carolyn Kennedy asked for his help to gain Hillary’s senate seat.

All of this adds up to a cover up.  By using FEST or convening CSG, the administration would be admitting that Benghazi was a terrorist attack and that was one thing they couldn’t do politically.  So, four people died and we can only hope their families will understand that they did not die in vain, the died for political expediency.
